Sessions run weekly on Thursday's
Option 1 - 8.00 - 9.00pm Coach - Adam
Option 2 - 8.00 - 9.30pm Coach - Adam
The session begins every week with a structured warm up led by the coach in charge.
There is then the option to use different apparatus around the gym and learn any
specific skills.

Payment
Payment is per session and is due upon arrival for the session.
Please note : You maybe asked to pay for British Gymnastics insurance & membership.
