Keith Richardson - Gymnastics Director

CRB checked .Keith (Mr.R) is responsible for the successful set up of Dynamo and the strong team of coaches. He has been coaching for a number of years and is very experienced both on the Female artistic and male artistic gymnastics programme producing Olympians on both sides. He is currently involved in the Great Britain Performance, Potential and World class Start squads. Mr.R has travelled to Moscow and is responsible for the twinning of the World famous Moscow Dynamo and Dynamo Southampton.

Debbie Richardson - Gymnastics Director

Debbie is also responsible for the successful set up of Dynamo and the strong team of coaches. Debbie works with every group from Gymtots (6 mths – 4 Years) through to our senior club and elite squads. Debbie has been coaching for a number of years and is also very experienced on the male and female gymnastics programmes. CRB checked. Debbie has also travelled to Moscow and is a very good motivator for our gymnasts and coaches.

Adam Paterson - Male Artistic Senior Coach

Has been involved in Gymnastics at Dynamo since the age of 5. Competing until the age of 16 when he began coaching. Adam CRB checked, HPC coach is the Men's Senior Coach and works with all level of Boys from the Development squads up to the Senior Squad. Adam has recently taken teams of gymnasts to training camps and competitions in Moscow, Philadelphia & Hamburg and is also involved in the Elite Performance Squad system based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

Sarah Sharkey - Female Artistic Senior Coach

Has been coaching at Dynamo for 15 years. Senior Club Coach, CRB checked. Works with all levels from our Talent identification programme (6 years), Gyminis (4-7 years) and recreational gymnasts (7 years+) through to our Junior (9 -12 years) and senior (12 -19 years) elite teams. Sarah has travelled to Moscow for training camps on many occasions and is also involved with National world class start training camps.

Jacky Paterson - Welfare Officier / Administration

Jacky has been working for Dynamo for 18 years. Jacky started her career as most others do, volunteer coaching. Assisting in the development of the boys squad aswell as the Gymtots programme. CRB checked, Pre School qualifed aswell as Mens Artistic qualified and Time to Listen certified Jacky's main role is administration and welfare officier.

Karen Paling - Coach

Coaching for 8 years. Club Coach, CRB checked & First Aider. karen has a wide vareity of skills. She works with all levels in our squad system from our development girls through to our Senior Club Girls concentrating on the British Club Grade Programme.

Rebecca Nolan - Coach

Has been coaching at Dynamo for 5 years. Club coach, CRB checked. As one of our ex- senior gymnasts, Becky is now one of our up and coming young coaches. She is working with a very talented group of 7-8 year olds and also works with our Gyminis and recreational gymnasts.

Katie Clinton-Davies - Coach

Kate was a Dynamo Elite squad Gymnast, Top Rank 7th in GBR.

She has trained in Moscow and competed in many countries such as USA, France and Germany.

Since retiring from competitions she has specialised in Pre School coaching and runs our satellite programme for Under 5's. As a mother of 3 young children she is well qualified for this discipline.

Kerry Munday - Coach

Currently studying at Chichester University. Kerry enjoys training as part of the girls squad. Kerry is also qualified Level 2 Womens artistic and is involved with coaching our girls development groups. Kerry also is a member of the recreational coaching team.
Kerry runs a the Swanmore School satellite centre and is first aid qualified.

Carol Munday - Coach

A parent turned coach. Carol is a valuable member of the boys squad coaching team. By day she is a special needs TA at Shakespeare School in Eastleigh.

Carol is also first aid qualified.

Sarah Hampton - Coach

Specialist in Pre School and Special Needs coaching. Sarah driects the gymtots programme and helps with the satellite centre in West End. Sarah also works with the Gyminis programme at Hamble Community Sports College.

Sarah represented GBR in the World Gymnastradea in Amsterdam.

Kerri Upton - Coach

Kerri holds a Level 3 coaching qualification in Womens Artisitc and a Level 1 qualification in Trampolining. She currently works in all areas of recreational gymnastics at hamble and within the satellite centre. Kerri also is a member of the pre-school coaching team where she with Gymtots on a daily basis. She plans to coach elite team gymnastics in the future.

"Kerri has recently retired from being a competitive gymnast. Kerri has sustained a few injuries over the past 2 years in training and has decided that she would now like to focus on a coaching career as she continues to work with the Girls developments and Talent ID program"

 Stefan Saunders - Sports Masseuse

Stefan has worked within Dynamo with our Elite Girls and Boys for 5 years now, helpiong them overcome small injuries and also helping them to improve their range of movement and flexibility which is vital to their individual development through the sport.

Racheal Kitcher - Coach

Has been coaching at Dynamo for 2 years. CRB checked. Rachel has been involved in the gym for a number of years as a parent and fundraiser and now is proving to be a very good coach.

Zoe Gilling - Coach

Is one of our new coaches. CRB checked. Zoe has been working alongside our senior coaches and is now helping out with our recreational classes and our development squad group. With a daughter in our squad system, Zoe is proving to be very passionate and committed to Dynamo.

James (Ferret) Evans - Coach

James also know as "Ferret" around Dynamo has been involved in gymnastics since the age of 5. Originally from Jersey, Ferret is currently studying Sports Coaching at Southampton Solent University.
Ferret CRB checked and Level 3 Qualified in Mens Artistic works alongside Adam assisting in the development of all squad groups.

Emma Beales - Coach

Emma has recently retired from competitive gymnastics and is now involved in coaching the junior girls squad groups.
Emma is also a keen horsewomen and helps annually at the New Forest Show.

Allie Sims - Coach

Allie a busy mum of 4 Boys! Manages to find time to volunteer her expertise with the boys squad. Allie helps twice a week with 6-8 boys who have been identified as potential talent for the future.

Nathan Kitcher - Coach

Nathan has recently retired from competitive gymnastics. Nathan is now involved with the development levels within the boys squad. He currently works with selected boys aged between 5 - 7yrs introducing them into competitive gymnastics and assisting Adam in the development of the squad.
